Intracav AI is currently in beta testing, and as such, all information provided should be considered for reference purposes only. Users are advised to verify any information obtained through this app with a qualified medical professional. While we strive for accuracy, this AI model may produce incorrect or incomplete information. Users acknowledge and agree that the developers and providers of Intracav AI are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences resulting from the use of this app.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Intracav mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Intracav ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2.2 User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
• Using the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or any related systems or networks.

You may have the opportunity to submit content, including but not limited to feedback, reviews, or comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

3.2 Our Content

All content provided through the App, including text, graphics, images, and other materials ("Our Content"), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

4. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App are governed by our Privacy Policy, available here. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
